Steven B. Dunn, Chairman and CEO

Steven founded Munchkin in 1991 and is currently Chairman and CEO. Always on a quest to rid the world of boring and mundane products, Steven is the strategic vision behind Munchkin's innovation. In addition to his management duties, Steven brainstorms with the Product Development team and is the primary inventor of over 50 patents. Prior to starting Munchkin, Steven was a partner at Idanta Partners, a leading venture capital firm. His previous experience includes associate positions in corporate finance at Bear Stearns and Smith Barney Ventures. Steven received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his BS in Economics from UC Berkeley. Steven has been happily married to his wife, Laura, for over 20 years. They have a daughter (Beau) and son (Steven W.), one cat and two dogs. Steven is an avid art collector and has filled Munchkin's office with an eclectic mix of ceramics, sculpture and paintings.

Margaret Hardin, President

Margaret was promoted to President of Munchkin, Inc. in July 2007. She continues to act as Munchkin's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Munchkin in April 2000, Margaret served in various finance roles at Procter & Gamble, a recognized leader in the development and marketing of consumer products. Margaret served on the board and audit committee of Iomega from 2004 to 2008. Margaret earned her MBA in finance and accounting from University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She graduated with High Honors from New Mexico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Economics and Management Systems. Margaret is also a certified managerial accountant (CMA). She received the Robert Beyer award on the CMA exam in 1999. Margaret is a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO), Los Angeles Chapter.

Andy Keimach, Executive Vice President of Sales

Andy has served as Executive Vice President of Sales at Munchkin, Inc. since July 1999. He has been instrumental in orchestrating the impressive sales growth of the company's existing product line, and successfully launching Bamboo (our pet division) brand. Andy spent 16 years with Procter & Gamble, where he held a variety of key management positions on their mass and prestige consumer product lines. Prior to joining Munchkin, Andy served as Vice President of Customer Marketing and Efficient Consumer Response for P&G's U.S. Fine Fragrance Business. Andy graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He is married with 2 teenage kids and 2 dogs. Originally from Boston, Andy is a die-hard baseball and Red Sox fan which clearly aligns with his consistent optimism (at least between April and September). In June 2006, Andy was elected as Chairman of JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association), which exists to advance the interests, growth and well-being of the juvenile products industry through advocacy, public relations, information sharing and business development opportunities. JPMA is a national trade organization of more than 350 companies in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Mark Hatherill, Vice President of Product Development

Mark joined Munchkin in March 2003. Prior to joining Munchkin, Mark spent 13 years at Playmates Toys where he was Senior Vice President, Product Development. Previous roles at Playmates include Senior Vice President, Marketing and Vice President Research and Product Development. Before joining Playmates he was employed by Mattel Toys. Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing Communications from the University of Akron.

Amy Osete, Vice President Communications

As Vice President, Communications, Amy Osete leads the development of the Communications Department, focusing on the execution of traditional and digital marketing strategies. Osete also acts as a global liaison for the Marketing and International Sales teams where she is responsible for aligning global product recommendations and ensuring marketing communications strategies are shared across all regions. Osete is also responsible for continuing to lead the company's pet division to oversee growth through its marketing, advertising and product development efforts. Throughout Osete's 13 year tenure with Munchkin, she has played a key marketing role, including influencing the company's packaging, advertising, public relations, licensing and product development for the Munchkin brand and overseeing the company's pet division, Bamboo. Osete received her MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees in Business/Marketing from California State University, Northridge.

Doug Gillespie, Vice President of Marketing - Munchkin

Douglas arrived at Munchkin in February 2005. Prior to joining Munchkin, Douglas spent three years at Brown-Forman where he oversaw global marketing for Fetzer Vineyards, one of the largest brands in the wine industry. Before Brown-Forman, he held a variety of consumer marketing management positions with GE Capital, Frito-Lay, and E*TRADE. Douglas received his MBA degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his BA in History from Vanderbilt University.

Petty Rader, Vice President & Corporate Counsel

Petty joined Munchkin in May 2009. Prior to joining Munchkin, Petty practiced litigation, corporate, and intellectual property law at various law firms in the Los Angeles area. Prior to starting her legal career, Petty worked as a Brand Manager for Procter & Gamble. Petty received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a double minor in Business and Women's Studies from UCLA and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. In 2006, Petty was nominated for the "Rising Star" Award for the Los Angeles Business Journal. For the past three years (2007-2009), Petty has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Los Angeles Magazine - a distinction reserved for only 2.5 percent of California lawyers who are under 40 or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. Petty has also been an MCLE speaker for the Pincus Professional Course - Practical Civil Procedure: Federal Law Clerks Teach the Nuts and Bolts of Federal Court Practice.

Murray Goldfarb, Vice President of Operations

Murray joined Munchkin in August 2008 to manage Supply Chain and Vendor Performance. Most recently he served as Vice President, Operations for Spinmaster Far East (based in Hong Kong) and prior to that as Vice President, Operations for The Holmes Group. The majority of his career was spent at Hasbro U.S. as Director of Operations and in Canada as Vice President Operations. Originally from Montreal, he graduated from Sir George Williams University (majoring in hockey).
