Message from the president

Welcome to Bamboo!

Over 15 years ago, I founded an infant care company called Munchkin which was built from a passion for parenting and the belief that smart design, innovation, and a concern for safety could transform ordinary products into extraordinary ones.

In recognition of our success, Munchkin has won over 30 industry awards and has been granted over 50 U.S. patents.  With the introduction of the Bamboo pet line, we are leveraging Munchkin’s proven track record to revolutionize the pet care industry.

Today, pets are an integral part of the family and deserve the same high-quality, safe products that we demand for our children.  Innovation is at the core of every Bamboo product and is validated by over 10 patents pending on the introductory line.  We have designed eye-catching, easy to understand packaging that includes a step-by-step instruction guide to help you be the best pet parent possible.  Our web-site is filled with additional information and tips that we think you’ll find educational as well as entertaining.

Of course making sure you and your pet are completely satisfied is important to us, so every product includes our 100% satisfaction guarantee: Your pet will love our product or return it with your purchase receipt for refund or replacement – no questions asked.  When you select Bamboo, you can be confident we’ve put the same level of care into each item as we do for our infant products.  After all, pets are kids, too!
